The AB-5200 includes a built-in upright storage post that was designed for tight vertical storage, only taking up 2.5SQFT of space.
Closed Ladder Design

The closed ladder design on both the seat and back keeps the ladder securely in place when adjusting the bench.
Heavy-duty Frame

Weighing 125lbs with heavy-duty bolts, 7- and 11-gauge steel, and a weight capacity of half a ton.
Adjustment Angles

This bench has seven back pad angles( 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 85 degrees) and three seat pad adjustments (0, 15, 30 degrees).
Spotter Platform Attachment

You can! The AB-5200 was designed for vertical storage, so you can save space without risking pad damage.
How do you optimize the back pad for the AB-5200 Adjustable Weight Bench?

The side-to-side stability of the back pad is controlled by the hinge between the back pad and seat. It is pre-tightened, but you may need to either loosen, for easier adjustment, or tighten, for more stability, to suit your preference.
